I read this book on Valentine's Day. It is a very easy read, and very life changing. I felt like it was my personal Valentine from Jesus! Sometimes we need reminders of God's love for us and that He plans good for our lives and desires us to enjoy His blessings. Things we may or may not know inside, but we can always use a reminder. Missy Hancock, the author, cut straight to the heart with her words on truth! They meet me right where I was and after having a good cry, put a smile on my face. The book put me back on the right track to believing I can enjoy being an artist and its not a waste of time to try and make money with it. That I can enjoy creating and sharing and don't have to feel guilty for finding something I love to do and spending time doing it. I think the world can definitely use more joy and I want my children to grow up knowing God longs to bless all of us! Thank you Missy Hancock!Product details

This book is like a giant hug from a dear friend. It's simple, conversational makes it a quick and easy read. If you're feeling a little low and need a little encouragement (or a lot!) this book is perfect! Definitely a "love letter" from the author's heart to your's!
This book doesn't tell you anything new. Not to say that it isn't profound and original, but I'll be totally honest I really needed to hear this, especially today. I had the worst Valentine's day ever and this book was honestly the highlight of the entire day. Great read!
I'm glad I got a finally so I could read it. It was my first book to e-read. Would love to get it in print and give to students for graduation.
This is an excellent book and I highly recommend it. It is short and simple, but very powerful. You will be changed after reading this.
Missy's book touches on a basic need of the human condition God's unfailing love. "The Love Letter" is written with Missy's own unique tenderness and humor, in a conversational style that makes it easy to read. The simple truth of God's love flows generously from this timely work. Whether you have yet to meet God or have known Him for many years, "The Love Letter" is a book worth reading.
Read this book today. I read it in about an hour and just breathed in these very important truths. If you are down, you won't be after such encouragement, but even if you are content, you need a boost too, so you know you are on the right track! What a joy to listen as the author pours in truth with simple, yet powerful examples to drive each truth home. Everyone needs to read this book at least every 6 months to be encouraged, to take heart and keep on creating. Don't just stay in endurance mode!
i have followed missy's writing for a handful of years now. i have long admired her writing style and talent.
and i especially enjoyed this book because not only was it beautiful and inspiring, it was a selfless use of talent, and that in and of itself is moving. love is a beautiful thing, and this was such a perfect reminder of all the good and beauty that is around us and in us. good and beauty we so often forget exists.
would highly recommend it to anyone, any given day. love and encouragement are always appropriate.
